Unicorn Role Overview:

Are you a tech-savvy, organized virtuoso in the fast-paced world of real estate? As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind real estate success. Work closely with top professionals in the industry, assisting with vital administrative and transaction tasks, all from the comfort of your home. What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, organize files, and handle correspondence for real estate professionals.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and gather property information for listings and presentations.
  • Transaction Management: Assist with transaction processes, including reviewing contracts, managing deadlines, and ensuring contingencies are met.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Closing Support: Facilitate efficient closings by coordinating with all stakeholders to finalize transactions.
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns professionally.
  • Onboarding & Support: Assist with client onboarding and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, track property listings, and manage client databases.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support real estate marketing efforts by managing online listings, creating flyers, and posting on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Real Estate Assistant role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, transactions, and documentation.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with real estate software, MLS systems, CRM software, and transaction management platforms.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage tasks without constant supervision.
