We're looking for a motivated (Senior) Digital Marketing Executive - Ads Placement professional who is familiar with US market ad placement platforms to join us! Based in Malaysia, this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize ad placements across various digital platforms, including Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends for the US Market to drive our brand's success.

From day to day, you’ll…..

Develop and Implement Ad Placement Strategies:

  • Create and execute strategies for effective placement of advertisements across digital channels. 
  • Build, plan and implement the overall online marketing strategy based on the markets needed.
  • Create and manage marketing activities, campaign and content then apply it though any online marketing channels.
  • Advertising through social media channels such as Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.

Monitor Ad Performance:

  • Track ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs. 

Collaborate with Content Teams:

  • Work closely with content teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. 
  • Creation of banners for the branding and advertising.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for the products and services development.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices. 

Stay Updated with Digital Advertising Trends:

  • Keep abreast of digital advertising best practices, new platforms, and emerging trends. 
  • Stay up to date online marketing trends for developing marketing activities and channels.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on ad performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

You'll be a great talent, if you are... 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising/performance marketing, specializing in Amazon ad placement, optimization, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon Analytics and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the cosmetic (beauty and hair care) industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple Amazon advertising campaigns simultaneously.
