Duration: FTC for 12 months - 36.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a
Digital Content Designer to join our Portfolio & Product team on a remote basis to support with developing outstanding curriculum and content across Paragon Skills and the wider Knovia Group, including Tempdent.
Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you’ll collaborate with fellow colleagues in the Portfolio & Product team on the
design of engaging
e-learning content including videos, pdfs, workbooks, media scripts and other learning content for a variety of apprenticeships for Paragon Skills and the wider Knovia Group.
The content created will be integral to the delivery of impactful and innovative programmes
to delivery an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.

Key responsibilities:
- Use creative skills set and digital content expertise to build engaging and effective e-learning materials
- Using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging content
- Ensure all e-learning content is inclusive and accessible to all by adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- Consider individual learning styles and preference in all e-learning content
- Creating digital content to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness
- Author and script video content to engage and motivate learners with innovative and impactful rich digital resources
- Use graphic design and media creation skills to build bespoke artwork and content in line with brand guidelines and accessibility criteria

Requirements:
- Experience of producing bespoke, high-quality digital and e-learning content
- Experience of using software such as Articulate Rise, Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience of collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop and deliver bespoke content
- Experience of creating media rich content for online and/or print media aligned to assessment criteria and programme requirements
- Experience of embedding wider skills into e-learning content and resources
- Knowledge of Ofsted and Education Inspection Framework (EIF) requirements
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
