Role: Google AdWords Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Schedule: Morning shift


Job Description:

  • Setting up and managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing Ads
  • Analysing, optimising and reporting on paid search campaigns
  • Testing different bid and match strategies to achieve the best results for our clients
  • Using SEO tools to report on organic search metrics
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO practices and algorithm updates
  • Conduct site audits and develop strategies to improve rankings and domain authority
  • Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all search marketing activities in collaboration with our data & insights specialist
  • Australian Market Knowledge
  • Experience in property campaigns


Qualification and requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Trends
  • 2+ years' experience developing and implementing SEO strategies, ideally in an agency
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword strategy, domain authority and link building
  • 2+ years’ experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Problem solving (you will need it for Google Tag Manager!)
  • Confident and clear communicator (able to ‘dumb down’ tech when needed)
  • Passion for all things web & digital
