What You're Getting Into

Joining the team as an Operations Assistant means becoming part of a forward-thinking, innovative agency focused on supporting D2C brands in their international expansions. You'll be working closely with the founder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while having the opportunity to implement processes and systems that improve efficiency and communication across the team.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Improving operational efficiency by streamlining internal processes and implementing systems that enhance workflow across the agency and support agency-wide communication
  • Managing scheduling, communications, and keeping documentation organized to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Project-managing the content team to ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are on track, and projects run efficiently
  • Optimizing project outcomes by managing and refining processes within project management tools like Asana to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
  • Driving team alignment through cross-department collaboration and keeping teams focused on shared goals
  • Organizing productive meetings by preparing agendas, capturing key action items, and following up on execution
  • Creating a seamless onboarding experience for new team members and improving existing processes
  • Collaborating closely with the founder on strategic projects to support the agency’s growth and international expansion

Who You Are

  • You have experience in project management tools like Asana and Notion, with a proven track record of improving efficiency within teams
  • You have agency experience, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital marketing environment, and thrive on managing multiple clients and projects at once
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail and can organize teams to meet tight deadlines
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international teams
  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • You are comfortable with flexibility in working hours and time zones, as long as objectives are met
