Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance the customer experience.
Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to management to inform service improvements.
Support the development of efficient customer service processes.

Requirements

Fluent in Slovak (native level) and proficient in English.
Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
