If you are an experienced Technical Consultant with experience as an OCDEA, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a Small, successful, and growing sustainability consultancy that is recruiting an experienced Technical Consultant who can hit the ground running while working from a fully remote position.

The Ideal Technical Consultant Will

Have an eye for detail

Be client facing

Be a qualified OCDEA

Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff

Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies

Have experience and working knowledge of planning and Part L building regulationsJob responsibilities of the Technical Consultant:

Provision of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner

Providing expert and professional advice to construction professionals on products, systems and applications within the built environment

Producing Fabric heat loss calculations such as U-values and thermal bridging

Heat and moisture analysis

Energy assessments of new-build dwellings using the 'Standard Assessment Procedure' and the 'Future Homes Standard: Home Energy Model'.What our client can offer you:
