As a Executive recruiter at Mira Search, you'll have the opportunity to connect the right talent with the right opportunities, playing a vital role in shaping careers and driving organizational success. Now your main task will be a hiring the best specialists in Real Estate, Constraction, Development industries on UAE (mostly) and different markets. All of this vacansies are open in our company, so it's in-house format

After that you can choose the tipe of vacansies that you want to work

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Executive Search for diverse roles across different business functions
  • Expetience in hiring the top candidates in Real Estate, Constaction, Development;
  • Using different search methods, not only Linkedin;
  • A great network with c-level specialists;
  • Experience in recruiting on UAE market (realy nice to have)
  • Experience in head hunting. Understanding industry events, knowlege about key opinion leaders
  • Spoken English.
  • Russian, Hindi, Arabic - nice to have
  • It'll be great if you're living in UAE ar ready to relocate. It's not necessary, but good
