Responsibilities:

Interaction Design:

• Lead the overall interaction design for the cryptocurrency trading platform, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
• Analyze user needs and industry trends, translating them into efficient design solutions
• Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all platforms

Project Management:

• Independently manage the entire design lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
• Develop project plans, assign tasks, coordinate cross-functional resources, and track project progress to meet deadlines

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of design solutions
• Participate in product strategy discussions, providing actionable design recommendations to drive product innovation

User Research:

• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and gain insights into user needs to optimize product experience
• Continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback and market trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in interaction design, with at least 3 years in team and project management
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, with a solid foundation in design theory.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and project requirements.
• Innovative thinker, capable of presenting forward-thinking and creative design solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in UX and UI design
• Experience participating in open-source projects or community initiatives

• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
