Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Remote – East Coast Hours)

Location: Remote (Must work East Coast hours)

Clearance Requirements: Must have the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (clearance not required to start)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in a remote capacity, with the requirement to work East Coast hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on front-end scripting, particularly with React.js. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and APIs to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement front-end scripts, leveraging React.js and ServiceNow's scripting environment.
Develop and implement ServiceNow APIs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, ensuring the platform is utilized to its fullest potential.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience applying JavaScript coding/development skills in ServiceNow environments.
- Proven front-end scripting experience, specializing in React.js and ServiceNow.
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs, or equivalent API experience with other products.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript.
- ServiceNow System Admin certification (Admin or higher) is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
