fewStones Pte Ltd is a dynamic Video Production agency, covering a spectrum of projects across 2D, 3D and Live Action. Whilst working at fewStones, you’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, working 360 from Storyboard to final product. Each project is diverse and unique, due to our large client scope across various industries. Whether it be large or small companies, you’ll be expected to build positive client relationships throughout each stage of production. You’ll also delegate briefs for editors. fewStones is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to generate and try new ideas, whilst developing existing skills. There are no boundaries when it comes to creativity!

Here is your day to day workflow…

  • Coordinate closely with Singapore based video production team to manage and schedule project timelines and workload while meeting tight deadlines
  • Attend project kick-off meetings virtually
  • Create project briefs for video editors, clients and freelancers
  • Manage a team of remote Video Editors and ensure everyone meets deadlines
  • Discuss and effectively plan project timeline with team members
  • Ensure that quality of the output adheres with the standards of the client and the company
  • Perform quality check of finished contents before submission of outputs to clients
  • Responsible for data storage and management
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to build strong clientele relationship for recurring and future projects


Requirements

You’d be great for this role if…

  • Your key skill is time management!
  • You have 1-2+ years working as a Producer, Editor or similar role within the media industry
  • You are well versed in building strong client relationships
  • You are able to lead a production team and manage several tasks at once
  • You stay calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
  • You are adaptable to projects briefs, whether it be by industry or style of video – Live Action, 2D, 3D
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We’d be super impressed if…

  • You have in-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities
  • You have a strong experience shooting and directing
  • You have advanced editing skills for live action projects using Adobe Premiere and After Effects softwares
  • You are skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting.
  • You have excellent script writing skill
