• <point>Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting</point>
• <point>Researching technical accounting issues for compliance</point>
• <point>Supporting month-end and year-end close process</point>
• <point>Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting</point>
• <point>Managing and complying with local and international reporting requirements</point>
• <point>Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls</point>
• <point>Additional controller duties as necessary</point>

• <point>Proven working experience as a Financial Controller</point>
• <point>3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience</point>
• <point>Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent</point>
• <point>Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures</point>
• <point>Compliance oriented</point>
• <point>Experience with creating financial statements</point>
• <point>Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process</point>
• <point>Excellent accounting software user and administration skills</point>
