Job description

cBEYONData is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to build an innovating product that solves the client’s problem and improves audit strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow GRC modules
Conduct functional testing to ensure system functionality meets project requirements
Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve defects and issues
Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements
Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing phases
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed
Develop user stories and internal procedures to improve systems

Requirements:

4+ years experience in similar role
Bachelor's degree
Experience with automated testing tool for ServiceNow
Knowledge of agile methodologies
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles
Experience managing project using agile methodology
Experience in process automation and/or improvement
General understanding of process automation tools
Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Experience as a functional tester in ServiceNow GRC implementations a plus
