The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with both clients and contractors. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about customer service and committed to driving value for our partners. You will be responsible for managing client feedback, resolving issues, and increasing sales opportunities with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of client services.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and support departments.
  • Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their goals with our services.
  • Identify and track new opportunities for upselling to existing clients.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve our offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Ensure timely escalation of client concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience required
  • Proven experience in customer success or client management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and networks.
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
