ASSITANT REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER (SECONDMENT/MAX-TERM)

You'll be responsible for:
  • Contributing to the strasategic framework  for the delvery of facility management and anew serivice delivery model, supporting the plannin g and implementation of facilities management services for new and changing business requirements.
  • Managing the overall performance of the regional facility management operations including, but not limited to, maintenance servicesm minor tenancy refurbishment, relocations, environmentatl  and sustainability programs, WWHS, business risk and continuity  managemnet strategies.
  • Contributing to and implement agreed performance goals, standards and mmeasures to inform facilty focusaed capital and operaions and FTE asset management.
  • Identifying, manging and escalting risk asso;ciated with regional facility management opjaerations, programs and assets ;performance and ensure mitigation where praticablee.
  • Ebsure that al Facility Management mainteance and sersvice request are reslolved efficientky and to the established service level agreements, ensuring with high degree of communication  and professionalism througout.
  • Leading and overseeing a team of Mailroom and/or Concierge professionals, of between 2 and 7 people, in addition, your portfolio of sites will focus on 6 mixed size sites across 3 states/territories.
About you:
  • Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operation, contract management, health and safety practices in the workplace and associated corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationship with staff, clients, intermediaries, and service providers.
  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints a sustaining outcome, with experience in the development and management of project budgets, cost modelling and in assessing and managing contracts of work.
  • Experience performing vendor management duties, including performance management.
  • Willingness and ability to attend work outside of office hours to support maintenance activities this cannot conducted during normal business hours.
