Job title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Location: Remote – Eastern Region
ABOUT THE ROLE:
1) Leading & managing external sales team of 8 across the Eastern region.
2) Growing the external sales capability through coaching, training and on the job training.
3) Delivering value to our customers through quality sale visits via the external team.
4) Understanding, presenting and using financial data to extract the best performance from all within the team.
5) Building, fostering and developing a collaborative regional sales management approach ensuing strong connectivity to the Service Centre teams and management structure.
6) Acquiring new customers for the service centre's.
7) Inspiring and leading through others in the team.
8) Collaborating with the wider sales management team, working together to deliver results across the company.
Working Hours:
Mon- Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm
Weekly hours: 40
Breaks: 1 hour
ABOUT YOU:
1) Strong sales performance within the MRO world
2) Experience and track record in building sustainable long-term customer relationships
3) Strong commercial acumen
4) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
5) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire & hold employees accountable for agreed actions
