Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts and databases accurately.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service enhancements to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts amicably.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction software is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
