Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing paid media campaigns, building high-converting landing pages, and collaborating closely with designers to deliver engaging ad creatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive results through data-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google, while optimizing landing pages and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Optimize Paid Media Campaigns: Strategically create and manage campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversions. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ads to maximize ROI.
  • Landing Page Creation & Optimization: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages that align with campaign goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey from ad click to conversion. You’ll collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional pages that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with Creative & Design Teams: Work closely with our in-house designers to craft engaging, on-brand ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and report key insights. Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad effectiveness and refine targeting strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in performance marketing, advertising platforms, and digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, managing end-to-end paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in landing page creation and optimization, using platforms like Unbounce, Leadpages, or WordPress.
  • A strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers to create visually compelling ad creatives.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
