Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and other cutting-edge accounting software
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and current tax regulations
  
• Proven experience in tax preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  
• Excellent communication skills for explaining intricate financial concepts to diverse clients
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority client accounts and meet critical deadlines
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred
  
• Adaptability to work with various industries and client types, from individuals to small businesses
