This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor/Broker Assistant to support our client who specializes in Mortgage. This person must have at least 2 years of experience working for a Brokering Firm.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the seamless and timely progression of all loan applications, from preparing home loan recommendations (credit proposals), application forms to submitting the home loans through to settlement.
  • You will be handling a varied workload, with time-sensitive tasks.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications - submit relevant documentation to the lender, to support loan approval.
  • Timely file management, prompting or updating lenders, clients and solicitors as required.
  • Collate and analyze clients financial information, to support Broker's review of scenario(s).
  • Troubleshoot lending scenarios and engage in prompt and clear communications with lenders, clients and brokers.
  • Timely file management, prompting or updating clients and lenders, and re-prioritising as required;
  • Performing data entry into CRM systems (loan processing)
  • Gathering and processing loan documents
  • Understanding the lender policy to the product chosen for the client.
  • Assisting brokers with tasks such as discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing.


Requirements
• At least 2 years' experience working in a loan administration/broker support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive and proactive work ethic, attention to detail & organisational skills.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Tech Savvy - able to navigate new software (preferred experience with AFG FLEX, Monday.com & Broker Engine)
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
