Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in project coordination or administration, Experience in training and education sector advantageous, Grade 12 / Matric required, Proficiency in MS Office, National Certificate in OD ETD Practices is advantageous, Project Management certificate is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate training inductions and learner registrations
- Provide ongoing support via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Schedule assessments and support assessors and moderators
- Engage stakeholders through reports and meetings
- Monitor project progress and maintain documentation
