Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tap Manager to join our team. The Tap Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the internal commercial team, external agencies, and partners to optimize our route to market for cold equipment within on and off-premise settings. The primary objective is to achieve our annual cold penetration goals by implementing strategic market programs and effectively managing budgets to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Internal Commercial Team

  • Work closely with the internal commercial team to develop and optimize a robust route to market for cold equipment.
  • Align strategies and objectives to achieve annual cold penetration goals within specified regions and markets.

Strategic Market Programs

  • Identify opportunities and work with external agencies and partners to drive unique market programs that enhance the penetration of cold equipment in on and off-premise locations.
  • Create innovative marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive product adoption.

Program Recap and Optimization

  • Conduct regular assessments and recaps of market programs to evaluate their effectiveness and impact on cold equipment penetration.
  • Utilize data insights and feedback to optimize future programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Budget Management

  • Proactively manage allocated budgets to effectively execute market programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor expenditures, track performance against budget, and make necessary adjustments to optimize spending while achieving sales goals.

Sales Goal Achievement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics that contribute to achieving sales goals for cold equipment.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the beverage or equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
