Key responsabilities:
- Create and implement growth plans maximizing revenue through funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams on resources that drive growth in onboarding and upsell.
- Improve self-service purchasing experience and conversion rates from free to paying users.
- Work closely with demand generation and CRO teams to align growth initiatives with customer acquisition.
- Conduct ongoing testing and experiments to validate growth hypotheses based on collected user feedback.
