Job description

Position: IT Recruitment Consultant (180)
Location: Remote (South Africa, UK Time Zone)
Company: Leading UK Recruitment Company
Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (UK time) with a 1-hour lunch break.
Flexibility of an early finish, the focus/ targets will be set weekly to award an early finish on Fridays (this is based on a team effort)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Participate in client briefing calls to understand requirements and build shortlists (4-5 CVs per role).
  • Conduct proactive searches to build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future needs.
  • Work on 1-2 new IT roles each week, with salaries typically ranging between £40k - £90k, mainly in the UK, with some roles across Europe.
  • Focus on IT roles, including Project Management, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, Development and Security positions.
  • Delivery-only role: no BD is required.
  • Attend a morning call Monday to Friday, with an in-depth Monday morning stand-up meeting. There are daily wrap-up meetings (Mon - Friday) at 17:15 UK time but you may find that you need to continue working after this to complete your workload.


Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Ability to manage the full candidate process independently, from sourcing to placement.
  • Experience working with a variety of roles within IT, with a blend of several of the following disciplines: Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, Security, Project Management, Data roles and more.
  • Proven ability to proactively build and maintain talent pools and pipelines.
  • Trustworthy, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools will be a plus, they use Vincere, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, CV Library, and JobServe. (Training will be provided if needed)
