This is a remote position.

Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly

Currently we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in translating product features into customer benefits, helping hotels across the world get more direct bookings and increase their revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product communication, support product launch campaigns and help achieve business goals.

Daily activities:
  • Writing compelling stories about our products and services.
  • Supporting the sales team with powerful assets (brochures, presentations, landing pages).
  • Taking part in product positioning - highlighting the product's value and finding product-market-fit.
  • Helping to identify the unique selling proposition (USP) of Profitroom solutions and aligning it with customers' needs.
  • Executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Preparing information about new releases and new features for internal and external communication.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements
  • Working experience as a Marketing Specialist/Product Marketing Specialist (in B2B marketing) or in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of best (product) marketing practices with focus on values and benefits for the end-user.
  • Analytical and research skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in using Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic experience with AI tools.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent prioritisation, time and project management skills.
  • English: professional working fluency (C1 at least).
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and landscape.
  • Basic understanding and sense of design principles.
  • Familiarity with the Canva design tool.

Recruitment process:
