Job description

RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil.

The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, on a mission to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.

Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our regulatory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of regulatory products, specifically CADOCS, and will be responsible for leading projects and implementing solutions focused on Bacen. The ideal candidate should have the ability to structure data and deploy large-scale systems, as well as clear and effective communication with various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead regulatory projects alongside the Squad Lead, ensuring the implementation of solutions according to Bacen's requirements, with a focus on CADOCS and related systems.
  • Develop and implement regulatory products in collaboration with development and data teams, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Manage data structuring and analysis, leading the implementation of large-scale systems such as CADOCS and fixed income. Identify and foresee potential issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments, translating regulatory needs and requirements into clear terms for development teams and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development and data teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects, aligning regulatory requirements with the team's technical capabilities.
  • Ensure that all Bacen regulatory requirements are met and integrated into the developed solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with products focused on Bacen's regulatory team, with an emphasis on CADOCS and Matera.
  • Deep understanding of Bacen's regulatory requirements, including CADOCS and other relevant standards.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with development and data teams, with skills in integrating regulatory requirements into technical projects.
  • Expertise in data structuring and large-scale system implementation, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, including the ability to perform advanced queries and handle large volumes of data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex regulatory needs for different departments and stakeholders.
