Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably technical, Upper Intermediate English and Russian, Preferred experience with payment systems, Desirable experience in helpdesk support, Knowledge of WEB architecture is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Process customer and payment system requests
- Maintain payment systems efficiency
- Interact with payment systems and related departments
- Analyze payment issues and report findings
- Work on a shift schedule including night shifts
