About Sol-Millennium: Sol-Millennium is a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the safety and well-being of patients and healthcare providers. With innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver products that enhance the quality of care. Our team is passionate, driven, and committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry.

Role Overview:

The Senior Product Manager for Advanced Wound Care (AWC) will lead the downstream portion of the marketing strategy and execution of our newly formed AWC business unit. You will take ownership of the business unit, encompassing product performance, marketing, sales and clinical support, and financial growth in the North & Central American (NACA) region over a 5-year period. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional leadership, working closely with sourcing, upstream, operations, sales, clinical and marketing teams to reach milestones and deliver product goals for the business unit. You will be responsible for guiding product launches, managing market positioning, and supporting the commercial success of the product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the downstream portion of product strategy, roadmaps, and planning for the Advanced Wound Care business unit.
  • Develop and implement product launch activities, ensuring all aspects of the market mix are considered.
  • Monitor competitive products and market trends, providing insights to the local marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams and agencies to ensure compliance and address any issues.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with regional and local marketing, sales and clinical teams on positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Provide constant feedback on activities and progress, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in sciences, medicine, engineering, or business administration preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing and product management, particularly in high-volume disposable medical devices.
    • Experience in advanced wound care product management is strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record in downstream product management, with a strategic focus on building and launching new product portfolios.
    • Experience managing multi-product categories, developing and launching new products, and working with internal and external partners.
    • Multi-regional experience and an understanding of international markets preferred.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Chicago location.
