Position: Data Scientist, Analytics

About the Position:
Kajabi, founded in 2010, is a leading all-in-one platform for knowledge entrepreneurs to build, market, and sell educational content. We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Data team and play a key role in shaping the future of our product.

Responsibilities:
Design and execute user research studies, A/B tests, and funnel analyses to gain deep insights into user behavior and product usage.
Develop and implement data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.
Build robust statistical models to analyze data, identify trends, and predict user behavior.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data science trends and technologies, and actively contribute to improving our data infrastructure and analysis capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a data science or related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
Expertise in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts effectively.
A collaborative and results-oriented work style, with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields.

Bonus if you have:
Experience working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with the creator commerce industry.
A strong understanding of data pipelines and data infrastructure.
