Key responsabilities:
- Ensure compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
- Support audits from DOL, IRS, and larger datasets
- Administer compliance and testing for assigned plans
- Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports
- Consult with Plan Consultant on legal document drafting
