Zayo is seeking a Commercial Reporting Specialist to be a key member of the growing Global Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Lead Analyst. The Commercial Reporting Specialist will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Product, Solutions Engineering, Finance and others as you utilize data analytics to support the success of Sales and Churn outcomes. 

Location: This remote work position will consider applicants based in the continental United States, but the preferred location is Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Sales, Churn and Product data to determine trends and allow Senior Leadership to make informed decisions based on your findings.

  • Track performance and trends of KPIs across different Segments of our Sales Organization against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

  • Assist in the creation of presentations that communicate complex performance data at the Board level.

  • Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce.

  • Update and maintain Salesforce records in support of the Solutions Engineering team.

  • Track Sales Opportunities and report on Funnel activity.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of analytical skills with experience in data analysis.

  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel and Google sheets.

  • Experience building, manipulating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.

  • Prioritization and multitasking skills.

  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM, as well as Tableau experience/familiarity a plus.

  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to interact well with different levels of business stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $56,300 - $78,800 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
