Key Responsibilities

  • Outside Sales: Engage in various sales activities, including attending meetings and communicating with potential clients or real estate brokers. Conduct mailings, make calls, and use web-based solicitations to drive business.
  • Promotional Work: Participate in promotional activities that complement your sales efforts. Provide loan data to support marketing and sales programs.
  • Loan Origination: Interview applicants, gather application information, and complete applications with the help of processors or other staff. Input applicant data into Encompass.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate applicants' financial status, including financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and property evaluations, to determine the feasibility of credit approval.
  • Loan Packaging: Compile loan packages and negotiate with applicants on fees, repayment options, and other credit terms.
