About the Team/Role

The Software Development/Design Engineers in Test (SDET) have advanced programming skills to design, develop and test automation tools and frameworks. Will ensure robustness of automation initiations and carry out the functional integration testing between applications, products and services and the Engineer will be part of the Product Delivery Team. The purpose of this team is to drive successful outcomes of our Integrated Engineering teams through change management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. The Product Delivery team is comprised of skilled professionals who are rewarded for challenging the status quo, asking a million whys, and testing out solutions until problems are solved. We will evaluate the success of the entire value stream lifecycle and take action with the Integrated Engineers to improve process and drive outcomes.

• Tests automation builds, execution, and script troubleshooting
• Program automated tests and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, and Desktop.
• Evaluate Acceptance Criteria for completeness and testability
• Code tests to validate Acceptance Criteria
• Investigate customer problems referred by the technical support team.
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
• Able to build different test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Handle technical communications with Partners to understand client’s systems or APIs.
• Work with deployment teams and resolve any level issues for the system.
• Set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks.
• A professional who can advocate strongly for positions and still be 100% behind team decisions even if they don’t go your way

Experience you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify risks and errors in applications
• Knowledge of behavior driven development
• Deep understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Must remain updated with current and emerging trends in related sector
• Effective in distributed team environment
• Experience with HSA, FSA front ends, and Selenium testing framework is a big plus.
• C# programming is required, consideration taken for Java experience. Python would be nice to have.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework & development.
• Working knowledge of API, and Git
• Experience of working “Agile + DevOps” process management methodology.
• Knowledge of various test method & corresponding tools 
• Able to find bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Behavior Driven Development.
