We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our client's growing IT team in Liverpool or Manchester!
Responsibilities
As an Infrastructure Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our client's infrastructure and IT systems across their UK and international offices.
* Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to develop and maintain the Operational Infrastructure / IT Systems offer
* Supporting and contributing to the organisation's corporate goals and business objectives
* Acting as a point of escalation for Service Desk Analysts and helping them resolve complex issues
* Embracing change defined by the IT Project Roadmap and collaborating with other IT teams to support the implementation of the IT vision and strategy
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for infrastructure.
Essential skills
* A strong understanding of VMware management and maintenance
* Experience with Microsoft Server technologies and associated services, including Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
* A good level of networking knowledge, including troubleshooting and routing
* An understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability technologies
* Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Sites / Services, and native replication technologies
* Experience with monitoring technologies, including tools like Solarwinds
Desirable skills include experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Mimecast, and VMware VSAN.
