Position Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 40,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities as an Outbound Sales Representative:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads and cold contacts.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Present and explain products/services to prospective customers in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s offerings and the value they provide.
• Develop rapport and build positive relationships with customers over the phone.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record sales information and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
Qualifications as an Outbound Sales Representative:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques.
