In this role, you’ll assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through every step of their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to assess property values and trends.
Advise clients on optimal pricing strategies and potential property improvements.
Promote properties using a variety of marketing channels.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Assist clients through the entire process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
Keep listings of available properties up-to-date.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, with relevant certifications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of property management and administrative processes.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing practices.
