The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivables team/process in the daily operation to achieve the highlighted key priorities and qualitative and quantitative target sets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Be involved in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest
Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas
- Credit management
- Invoicing
- Incoming payment processing
- Collection management & dunning
- Customer disputes
- AR Closing and periodical activities
Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls
Discover, evaluate and resolve issues,
Be the ambassador of our organization towards our Customers
Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis

Qualifications

University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
AR knowledge with at least 1-2 years finance operations role, ideally in SSC
Experience in a service driven, customer-oriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
Strong Excel skills as well as SAP R3 (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
