You will leverage your strategic marketing expertise to drive brand potential and customer value. Your focus will be on identifying, designing, and building portfolio solutions and content that contribute to improved public health outcomes. You'll become the architect of tailored marketing experiences that reinforce the identity of our product portfolio, collaborating closely with brand, sales, and strategic teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects aimed at developing portfolio solutions for various customer segments (independent, retail, hospital, health systems), maximizing value and supporting brand goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with sales teams to provide thought leadership and execution support, ensuring strategic imperatives are met.
  • Develop omnichannel, digital, and customer value propositions that align with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Craft and implement growth opportunities based on your extensive experience in market analysis, customer insights, marketing strategy, and digital tools.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze portfolio marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance and adjust tactics as necessary.
  • Guide strategic decisions around pricing, positioning, promotion, and distribution to drive portfolio success.
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment and profitability.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccines industry
  • Proven track record of leveraging marketing and digital strategies to achieve brand and customer goals

Preferred
