Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with general workdays from Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that equip our employees, customers, and partners with the necessary knowledge to succeed. Strong public speaking skills, presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of our products and services will be essential. This role involves extensive travel for providing on-site support and training nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development and Delivery
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually.
    • Ensure all training content is up-to-date and reflects the latest product and company developments.
  • Public Speaking and Presentation
    • Deliver training to various audiences including employees, customers, and sales teams.
    • Confidently present product and brand knowledge during events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Sales Support
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their training needs and provide ongoing support.
    • Assist with product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer presentations to enhance product understanding and boost sales.
    • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and maintain training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, guides, and manuals.
    • Ensure training resources are professional, user-friendly, and effective in improving sales techniques.
  • Travel and On-Site Support
    • Travel extensively to client sites, trade shows, and company events to deliver on-site training and support.
    • Adapt training techniques to suit different environments and learning styles.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations.
    • Immerse yourself in our brand, products, and culture to become a subject matter expert.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in training, public speaking, or sales support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work shifts as required and pass a drug screen.

Working Conditions

  • Remote
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 8-hour shifts

Compensation

\(75,000 - \)125,000 annually, depending on experience.
