Senior Project Manager - Quality Management Systems at Get It Recruit - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects focused on enhancing our quality management systems globally. This role will involve transitioning the Quality field action management process and streamlining the quality complaints-handling process into the Track-Wise software application. Leveraging advanced project management techniques and methodologies while adhering to Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices will be key in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Guide projects focused on integrating the Quality field action management and complaints-handling processes into Track-Wise software globally.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives and build a strong business case.
• Execution Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Governance and Reporting: Establish governance structures and processes for effective project reporting, review, and approval.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between IT, cross-functional business teams, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communication: Deliver clear, executive-level communications, both written and oral, to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of senior project management experience with a proven track record in using PMI guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project) and experience with software applications such as Track-Wise, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and MuleSoft.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP) and managing projects involving IT software development and data migration.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage project teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP or other PMI certification is highly desirable.
• Education: A BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Background in managing projects within the medical device industry, particularly involving Quality functions and Track-Wise software.
