About The Role

If you're excited about learning in a dynamic environment and thrive on variety and solving complex business problems, this role might be perfect for you! You will work directly with customers through focused micro-consulting sessions, addressing their business needs with our solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assist customers with configuration inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and conduct feature demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand customer inquiries and related concepts.
  • Provide small-scale consulting based on customer requests, including guidance, demonstrations, and tips.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize product configurations to meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively to convey responses and value to customers.
  • Create and present customer webinars on leveraging features to achieve business goals.
  • Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
  • Review customer systems to identify opportunities for adoption and improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product expertise and certification, staying current with industry practices.

In addition to Success Plans services, you’ll also provide other Customer Enablement services, such as:

  • Conducting appointment-based consulting engagements.
  • Performing configuration and business requirements reviews.
  • Offering one-on-one customer configuration designs.
  • Overseeing full deployments of features.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of IT implementation experience.
  • 8 years of experience with financial functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in software consulting.

Additional Qualifications

  • Certification in at least one of the following: Spend, Inventory, WSS, or Expenses (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and translate complex ideas into understandable presentations.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple engagements.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
