Description

Join our team as a Training Facilitator, leveraging your expertise as a CPA-licensed Auditor to enhance clients’ workplace performance through expertly designed training programs. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being part of a supportive team. Enjoy the added benefit of receiving bonuses for each training session delivered!

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for clients and prospective clients.
  • Deliver engaging instruction through live and pre-recorded video sessions, as well as occasional in-person workshops, covering a range of technical topics in the governmental sector.
  • Develop comprehensive instructor-led training materials, including PowerPoint slides and case studies, to meet NASBA requirements.
  • Lead hands-on A&A training sessions (virtual and in-person) for a diverse client base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including exposure drafts and recent updates.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure they reflect any changes in the field.
  • Stay informed about new trends and developments in your areas of expertise.
  • Perform administrative tasks necessary for the delivery and documentation of training programs.

Business Development

  • Support the growth strategy with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote training solutions that address clients’ specific objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal operations and collaborate with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, attending and participating in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • CPA license required.
  • Experience working in a CPA firm is essential.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering multiple training events.
  • Expertise in the full training cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present complex information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Competence in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans and curricula.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with presentation and video technology, including basic real-time troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
  • Experience in adult learning and instructional design.
