Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST.
• Compensation: \(35,000 - \)41,000 annually, based on experience.
• Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire.
• Equipment Provided: All necessary equipment for the role will be supplied.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a great communicator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will be able to educate customers about our products in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls (no cold-calling required).
• Complete sales and enrollments.
• Identify new opportunities to drive product sales.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role.
• Location Requirement: Must be a Texas resident to qualify for this position.
