Description

As a member of our Lead Management team, you will act as the strategic business planning leader, focusing on the growth and development of our cardiac lead management business. Your responsibility will be to provide solutions to physicians’ needs by managing each lead in a safe, predictable, and responsible manner. The goal is to increase physician adoption of Excimer laser technology and related products through engagement, training, relationship building, and in-service activities.

Your Role

  • Achieve revenue growth by organizing assigned accounts based on their revenue potential and developing a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Negotiate and persuade decision-makers within accounts regarding proposals, offers, terms, and conditions to meet sales objectives.
  • Develop excellent communication skills to generate physician interest in the use of Excimer laser and associated products.
  • Assess the motives, feelings, and opinions of decision-makers to determine the best approach.
  • Maintain communication with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management, and other influential individuals regarding accounts.
  • Facilitate account support activities, including clinical support, technical service, and implementation of hospital safety procedures for lead extraction products.
  • Travel required: up to 50%.

You’re The Right Fit If

  • You have 5+ years of experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management in the industry segment.
  • You hold a BA or BS in Business or a similar field, or have equivalent education/experience.
  • You possess knowledge of Excimer laser technology; knowledge of pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is desired.
  • You can effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, and budget management.
  • You have strong clinical and technical knowledge and can confidently engage key partners to present a value proposition.
  • You can perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position with or without accommodation.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Total Target Earnings: \(197,000 to \)305,000 annually (composed of base salary + target incentive, with performance achievement ranging from 85% to 120%), plus company fleet/car.
  • Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future.
  • Company relocation benefits are not provided for this position; candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to the Chicago, IL area.
