About The Role

In this role, you will oversee core business operations for pipeline generation and growth, closely collaborating with Marketing & Sales leadership. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing funnels, and creating systems to support our go-to-market teams. You will work across teams to recognize opportunities and develop solutions that enhance pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, emphasizing pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, particularly in outbound strategies.
  • Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments across channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, outbound) to pinpoint effective growth tactics.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze marketing and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates at each stage.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track growth metrics and use data to make informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats influencing growth strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, business development, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role (Strategy, Growth, Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting).
  • Proven experience in growth strategy or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools for growth signals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise and product-led sales motions, along with customer journey and outbound marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of time management and task prioritization.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity, especially in fast-paced or startup contexts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Ocean.io, or other growth technologies is a plus.
