Position Description
We are looking to expand our team of Lead Generation Virtual Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. We are very specifically seeking new team members to support our link building/lead generation projects, and the ideal candidates will bring at least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and/or other areas of SEO support (research, link-building, data tracking, email campaigns, copywriting, etc.). Sales experience would also prove highly valuable in this role.
Flexibility, resourcefulness, tech-savviness, and an eagerness to continuously learn and improve are all keys to success in this team of smart, scrappy professionals.
What You’ll Do
This will vary based on your skills and expertise, but may include a combination of:
- Conducting internet research.
- Assisting with link-building, email campaigns, and SEO projects.
- Collecting and summarizing information within spreadsheets or other data systems.
- Managing email inboxes and coordinating with key contacts.
- Supporting administrative projects.
- Other business tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (spelling, grammar, and syntax).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or other areas of SEO support (research, link-building, data tracking, email campaigns, copywriting, etc.).
- Preferred, not required: Sales experience.
- Preferred, not required: startup experience or experience in other scrappy, fast-paced environments.
- Preferred, not required: experience with Apollo, ContactOut, Lemlist, Buzzstream, Klaviyo, and similar.
Time Commitment
This role is equivalent to full-time and you must be available to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET/New York.
Location
This is a fully remote position. You can work wherever you're most productive, so long as you have a quiet, professional space for calls.
Compensation
This full-time position pays $800/month USD.
