Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis, or compensation reporting, Experience with Xactly Incent or similar ICM systems.
Key responsabilities:
- Calculate and ensure accuracy of incentive compensation for sales personnel
- Support sales compensation plan design for the commercial team
- Generate and distribute Annual Sales Incentive Plans and quota assignments
- Provide month-end reporting and ad-hoc reporting using Business Intelligence
- Prepare presentations and documentation on compensation processes
