Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Finnish for various inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues proactively
• Guide customers through service features and account management
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality
• Contribute to team objectives and performance metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and genuine customer focus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work in Greece
