Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for tracking and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery and share insights.
  • Engage in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute actively to team meeting discussions on best practices and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce.
