Your role as an Operations Coordinator will involve coordinating activities and information flow between the local team and teams from around the world. You will handle the schedules and administrative aspects of the team's daily activities, as well as manage office operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the operations and processes of a developing company that is part of a world-class organization. You will have the chance to demonstrate your leadership skills in administrative and operational functions, supporting high-level executives.

Location of the role: Ra'anana, Israel - fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication and activities between the local and global teams
  • Manage project plans related to local and global collaboration and lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team
  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring a well-organized and effective working environment, including managing office supplies and liaising with facility management.
  • Implement office policies that promote company culture and vision, as well as managing office budgets.
  • Coordinate with the various departments to ensure smooth operations and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and are executed flawlessly.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in business operations, such as office management or executive assistance, preferably within a multinational corporation
  • High proficiency in project management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual communication platforms
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential.
